Description

A flavorful ramen bowl enhanced with rich garlic butter.


Ingredients

  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken or tofu, sliced
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 soft-boiled egg, halved


Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in sesame oil.
  5. Divide cooked noodles between two bowls.
  6. Top with sliced chicken or tofu, corn, and green onions.
  7. Pour the garlic butter broth over the noodles and toppings.
  8. Garnish with the halved soft-boiled egg.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the broth.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
