Description

A quick and easy recipe for pumpkin spice latte overnight oats, perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup or sweetener, to taste
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, cinnamon, chopped nuts


Instructions

  1. Combine rolled oats, milk, pumpkin puree, chia seeds, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract, and sweetener in a jar or container.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover the container and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats. If they are too thick, add a splash more milk.
  5. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use full-fat milk.
  • Adjust the amount of sweetener to your preference.
