Description
Rich chocolate fudge layered with peanut butter and crushed Oreos, set in a cupcake liner.
Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
- 12 cupcake liners
Instructions
- Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos over the chocolate layer.
- Top with the remaining chocolate mixture, dividing it evenly among the liners.
- Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos over the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
- Store in the refrigerator.
Notes
- For a firmer fudge, you can add 1 tablespoon of butter along with the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
- Use any flavor of Oreo cookies you prefer.
- Ensure the fudge is completely firm before serving.
