Peanut Butter Oreo Fudge Cups

Description

Rich chocolate fudge layered with peanut butter and crushed Oreos, set in a cupcake liner.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 12 cupcake liners


Instructions

  1. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
  3. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the chocolate mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  5. Sprinkle half of the crushed Oreos over the chocolate layer.
  6. Top with the remaining chocolate mixture, dividing it evenly among the liners.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  9. Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • For a firmer fudge, you can add 1 tablespoon of butter along with the chocolate chips and peanut butter.
  • Use any flavor of Oreo cookies you prefer.
  • Ensure the fudge is completely firm before serving.
