Description

A simple and flavorful one-pot pasta dish featuring sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine pasta, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, and oregano in a large pot.
  2. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately.
