Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine pasta, chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, minced garlic, and oregano in a large pot.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, or until pasta is al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in feta cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
