Garlic Parmesan Ranch Chicken Thighs

Description

Juicy chicken thighs baked with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
  5. In another small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning mix.
  6. Press the Parmesan-ranch mixture onto the top of each chicken thigh.
  7. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
