Juicy chicken thighs baked with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and ranch seasoning.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
- In another small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and ranch seasoning mix.
- Press the Parmesan-ranch mixture onto the top of each chicken thigh.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

- Serve with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.
- For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
