Garlic Butter Mushrooms

Description

A simple and flavorful side dish featuring sautéed mushrooms in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
  4. Stir in chopped parsley.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.

  • Use your favorite type of mushroom, such as cremini, button, or shiitake.
  • For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or lemon juice at the end.
