A simple and flavorful side dish featuring sautéed mushrooms in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms and cook until browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute more until fragrant.
- Stir in chopped parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use your favorite type of mushroom, such as cremini, button, or shiitake.
- For extra flavor, add a splash of white wine or lemon juice at the end.
