Ingredients
- 1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Christmas sprinkles
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
- Gently fold in the Christmas sprinkles.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. The centers should still look slightly soft.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- If desired, dust the cooled cookies with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For softer cookies, bake for a shorter time. For crispier cookies, bake for a longer time.
- You can add other mix-ins like white chocolate chips along with the sprinkles.
- Ensure your sprinkles are oven-safe to prevent colors from bleeding.
