Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Scatter the chopped bacon over the Brussels sprouts.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are tender and slightly caramelized, and the bacon is crisp.
- Stir halfway through the roasting time for even cooking.
- Serve hot.
