Easy no-bake berry cheesecake parfait jars layered with creamy cheesecake filling and fresh berries.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen (thawed if frozen)
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Layer the ingredients in jars: start with a layer of graham cracker mixture, followed by a layer of cheesecake filling, then a layer of berries. Repeat layers until jars are full.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer texture, chill the parfaits for at least 1 hour.
- You can substitute graham crackers with digestive biscuits or shortbread cookies.
- Add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
