Description

Easy no-bake berry cheesecake parfait jars layered with creamy cheesecake filling and fresh berries.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mixed berries, fresh or frozen (thawed if frozen)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. In a small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  4. Layer the ingredients in jars: start with a layer of graham cracker mixture, followed by a layer of cheesecake filling, then a layer of berries. Repeat layers until jars are full.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer texture, chill the parfaits for at least 1 hour.
  • You can substitute graham crackers with digestive biscuits or shortbread cookies.
