Description
Quick and easy Nutella lava cakes made with only four ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Nutella
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two ramekins.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Nutella and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in the flour and baking powder until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly gooey.
- Let cool for a minute before inverting onto plates. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For an extra decadent treat, add a few chocolate chips to the center of each cake before baking.
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
