Description

Quick and easy Nutella lava cakes made with only four ingredients.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two ramekins.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Nutella and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in the flour and baking powder until just combined. Do not overmix.
  4. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared ramekins.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly gooey.
  6. Let cool for a minute before inverting onto plates. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an extra decadent treat, add a few chocolate chips to the center of each cake before baking.
  • Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
